Guthrie County Rural Electric Cooperative (REC) Office Manager Lori Hix and Billing Clerk Dea Kress (pictured above) were in Denver for the National Information Solutions Cooperative (NISC) Member Information Conference in September. NISC provides our integrated IT solutions for member billing, accounting, engineering and operations, and mapping. The conference is a premier event for utility staff to learn the newest technologies and best practices to ensure we are giving our member- consumers the best service possible. Our team had a great week of education, collaboration and community.
