Guthrie County REC’s commitment to the communities we serve continues with the implementation of the RECare program. This is a voluntary energy assistance program established by Guthrie County REC to help low-income families weatherize and heat their homes. Funds collected are distributed by a local community action agency.
Participation in this program is easy by completing the RECare program sign-up form. A member can decide to make a one-time contribution or a monthly pledge that will be automatically added to the monthly bill. The completed form should be mailed to:
